Second Request For Help
Also check under Tools/Options/Maintenance that you do not have Compact messages in the background ticked. If you do, untick it. Use Tools/Options/Maintenance/Clean up now to do your compacting manually and when offline. To sort your problem now :- To recover your emails, make a new folder on your desktop.
